thankful thursday

I am thankful that I made the choice to go to enrichment tonight. It was really fun & I got to know so many new people! I'm always so glad when I decide to stretch out of my comfort zone. There are a lot of new people in our ward & so we had a get to know you night, instead of speed dating, we had speed friendship... it was cool! I am really loving being here right now in this time in my life. I feel at home & happy here. I feel like I'm going to make a lot of friends I'll have for life, this is truly something to be thankful for. One of the quotes from the thought was from Elder Jeffery R. Holland, he said:

" I have spoken... of heavenly help, of angels dispatched to bless us in time of need. But when we speak of those who are instruments in the hand of God, we are reminded that not all angels are from the other side... Some of them we walk with and talk with-- here, now, every day... Indeed heaven never seems closer than when we see the love of God manifested in the kindness and devotion of people so good and so pure that angelic is the only word that comes to mind."

I love love love this & I am so thankful that I believe in there idea are angels here among us 100%!! I have had to many beautiful & wonderful experiences in my life to not believe this. I have witnessed miracles in my life and I have been on the giving end of those miracles and either way, you can't help but be touched!
