thankful thursday

Thankful Thursday is kind of a tough post some days. It really depends on how I'm feeling when I roll out of bed on Thursdays. Am I thankful today or do I just wish I was back in bed? That's the big question each Thursday. But, what I do love about it is that I have to dig deep down within the depths of my soul to figure out what I'm thankful for most Thursdays and I like that. It really forces me to think about it. As I've mentioned before, I try to come up with things other than the same 'ol, same 'ol family, ect.. Of course I'm most thankful for those things but I like to dig further than that. Sooooo....let's see....

Today I am thankful for:

1. TV: Ok let's be honest. The evenings would be oh so boring without it. I have a few shows I love to watch, & I feel help my brain function lol! I would love it even more if I still had the Style Network to occupy my time with. I miss all the wedding shows they have on. I could eat, sleep & dream events! I'm a monster. I obsess over them & thanks to the Style Network I realize I'm not the only crazy women out there.

2. Freedom: With the big presidential election occurring in just a few days I have really been thankful that Me, Myself & I can CHOOSE who I think is the best candidate for the job & with that it is my choice & no one else has to know that choice nor can they force me into a choice. I cannot imagine not having that freedom, so people VOTE! It's a privilege!

3: The Madness Will Soon Stop!: Speaking of TV & Politics, I cannot tell you how excited I am that the political garbage I keep seeing will be off the TV, out of the mail & will stop clogging up my email! Yay!!!

4. Xyron Products: Ok, seriously only a very select few of you may only get this one lol! Thank you Jessica for opening my eyes. I cannot believe I have existed in the scrapbooking world for so many years without using their adhesive products. Thank you for guiding me to the light this summer. My card making time has been cut in half & all the sticky fingers are gone!!
