my top 5

Easter Candy!

Out of these 5 only 1 is available year round... what a shame!

5. I don't remember an Easter growing up without having these in my basket of goodness, so they're a little nostalgic for me.

4. I also had these when I was younger but still enjoy them today. They taste like circus peanuts!
3. These didn't come on the scene until my 20's... they've got cotton candy, banana, watermelon & raspberry flavors & they're in order of my favorites!

2. Good ole Classic Jelly Beans. I can find jelly beans throughout the year, but not this variety. They have always been a staple for my Dad & I, although I have to confess this year not so much. They changed the recipe if you will & they do not taste the same, which is pretty dang annoying. If I wanted jelly beans that tasted like "real" fruit, I would go grab some jelly bellies.

1. I mean honestly, do these need an explanation? These remind me of my Grandma Cronin, not an Easter went by that she didn't have little candy dishes filled with these. And if you notice it's also the only chocolate candy I have on this list. I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but I do love these!

Happy Spring!
Enjoy some Easter candy while it lasts, only 3 more weeks until they'll disappear for another year.
