conference

SO! I thought conference was great. As usual! For the first time in a long time I wrote down a question in my little sketch pad and went & sat on the couch to watch conference. I had forgotten that I used to always write a question down to find answers that apply just to me & my little "issues or problems". Last Sunday the gal giving the lesson in Relief Society talked about how she does it & always gets the answers she needs. So, I thought what the heck, let's give it a whirl. I have to say though I was a bit skeptical just because I get in these modes where I feel like what I am going through or feeling is so much less important than other people and their "stuff", but I did it anyway. It was great. I really felt like I got a lot more out of conference & I feel a lot closer to the Savior & feel like for the first time in a long time that what I am going through matter just a much as the next person. I feel a bigger sense of responsibility now! I am excited to start the new week & month with a renewed faith & attitude! Go conference!! :)
