this crazy thing called life

Man, time goes by so fast! I can't believe it's been over a week since I last updated my blog. I have had plenty to blog about, I guess just not enough time to do so. We had family in town this past weekend for my cousin John's wedding to Valerie. Man did he get lucky! She is a rockin' gal & I can't wait to get to know her better.

My parents found their dream house while in town, I hope they start building, it's an incredible home & I could throw some awesome showers there! lol! What else has been going on, well I did something I NEVER thought I would do. I sewed a blanket from start to finish. It's so great, I will post a picture when I remember to bring my camera up to my office. I am so proud of myself, & it wasn't even that hard! YAY!

I have also been helping my new sister-in-law to be Leanne with some wedding plans. It's been really fun for me to be a part of it. Her wedding colors are Red, Orange and yellow with accents of Hot Pink. Could I love her anymore?! I love bright fun colors. They are so passionate. Just like me! I have also been planning her bridal shower. I am very excited for it, I hope it turns out as well as I envision it! I finished the invitations today & they turned out so cute!

Hmm, OH! I was at Target yest. & I found this old candy I forgotten all about. Circus Peanuts. I used to live on these as a kid, I totally had forgotten all about them & I saw them & had to pick them up. YUM! But, talk about sugar high, it's prob. a good thing I had forgotten all about them.

Is it just me or is House MD getting better & better every week? I love that show! Which reminds me, I am out of contacts so I am wearing my adorable Emporio Armani frames. I love them. If anyone out there needs eye services, visit my in-laws joint, www.eliteopticalaz.com they are awesome & have some of the biggest names out there in frames. I never knew anyone would pay just under a grand for a pair of glasses, but I guess if the shoe fits eh?!
